Appearance: neat your uniform, comb your hair into the hotel style, wear your name tag, follow the Hotel rules of dressing up, show your best appearance.
Smiling: Always smile at our guests wheneven you meet them
Greeting: Greet our guests warmly and naturally with agreeable voice when you meet them in the Hotel and having an eye-contact, try to solute their family names.
Making way: When you meet our guests while you are walking, you should stop, make way to them, smile and greet them.
Standing up: If you are sitting when a visitor comes, you should stand up, smile, greet and offer your service immidiately.
Elegance: In the reception area, you shouldn't make sudden and loud moves or talk in a loud voice. Answer the phone within three times of ringing and hang up after the guest.
Concern: Keep your eyes on our guests, try to notice the demand and serve the guest before the requirement is made.
Being responsible: Never say “No.” to our guests, the first person they come to should deal with their problems or contact for them if the issue is beyond your duty. Not just direct the way for our guests but also lead to the place if it is necessary.
Apologizing: Making apologies to our guests who has complained and immediately do something to make up.
Keeping clean: Keep the environment of the Hotel, pick up the butt of cigarette or a piece of waste paper once you see any, and put articles that are placed wrong back at the right place.
